JUNE 10th - UPDATE on BB

Benny is progressing with his new friend, the pacemaker. He has trouble with the restrictions, and forgets he has to be good until the 17th when he returns to the doctor. It is hard for him not being able to plan and execute his adgenda. So, at times it is easy for him to get depressed, a new wrinkle for him. There is so much he wants to do, so Dr. E. tells him he'll do more soon.
We enjoyed having Steve and Courtney out Saturday. They cut and trimmed the lawn and it looks great. Yesterday, Lee (owner of the 3 horses) finished the back area. This pleased Benny since he keeps it looking great normally and it was looking ragged around the edges.
Usually we are at home but yesterday we went to Marshfield to get our new license plates. We even made a quick call on our friends, Roger and Cheryl Heyman, then grocery shopping and back to the ranch. This was a good outing for us and I didn't get to much back seat instructions.
Tonight we attended the Wednesday Bible Study and began a study of Galations. There were lots of interesting opinions, ha!
We have had lots of rain, thunder and lightning this week but tornadoes are hitting in other parts of Missouri for which we are grateful. One was sighted in Republic tonight, close to Springfield and others further west.
Hope you are all well, happy, and enjoying summer...it is definitely here, ha!

Glad to hear things are going well with Benny's health (even if it's not for his state of mind!). He's fortunate to have you there with him. We are praying for both of you!
