Kathy is in Boise visiting her parents and we are helping Benjie with carpool and care. It has been fun! Jessie is in gymnastics and Julie dance at different locations so we had fun finding each new area
Mikey traveled with us. Braums hamburgers took care of dinner at 7:45 and then home to Seymour. That was Tuesday evening. Today the day started with scrambled eggs and all the goodies, watching the Olympics, playing "Go Fish", seeing a wonderful movie, "Love Comes Softly," eating Mikey's choice for dinner...spaghetti topped with cherry cheesecake, and heading for Branson to see the Ballnobbers. Just got home and it is
11:30 P. M. and all three kids are tucked into bed and fast asleep. Strata and coffee cake are ready for breakfast in the morning.
Had trouble figuring out how to use the dvd for the movie so called Hannah to get some help...thanks Hannah we finally saw the movie and it was great.
Benny left at 7:00 A. M. to go to George Straight's funeral in Neosho. The Straight family were friends from Wichita days and George's sister, Sylvia, walked down the aisle with him at graduation. The family was in Broadway Christian Church. He had a great reception in Neosho - a good day with many miles in the car for him.
It has been great keeping up with the kids and enjoying their giggles. Aren't grandkids great? We even had Spencer out yesterday for lunch.
My bed is calling me too.
Good night...Elaine
